Language School of the Instituto Cultural Domínico Americano celebrates traditional Gastronomic and Cultural Festival

Santo Domingo. – The Language School of the Instituto Cultural Domínico Americano (ICDA), held its annual Gastronomic and Cultural Festival with a display of multicultural exhibits and gastronomic tastings, prepared by the students of the Spanish for Foreigners Program.

The activity was led by Grisel Del Rosario, director of the School of Languages, who was in charge of the welcoming remarks.

The countries participating in the event were: Brazil, Canada, South Korea, China, United States, France, Haiti, Japan, Dominican Republic, Taiwan, Turkey, Belgium, India, among others.

The participants were able to appreciate and enjoy different aspects of the culture of these countries, such as dances, typical dishes, tastings, musical presentations, typical costume presentations, historical decorations, among other recreational activities.
