BL organizes the access and loan of information resources through an integrated automated system called “Alexandria”, and the BL catalog that can be accessed via the web from tablets, laptops, PCs and mobile devices with iOS or Android at https://blincoln.goalexandria.com/

Alexandria allows users to reserve documents they wish to borrow, and renew loans for themselves online. BL staff provides this training individually at the user’s request; also, there is a printed guide showing users how to train themselves and it can be requested from the service staff. Optimal use of the information resources provided by eLibraryUSA, e-Book, EBSCO HOST, Britannica requires specialized trainings or information literacy workshops given by BL technical staff. Similarly, the providers of these platforms offer free and permanent online training.
